Delivery

We offer delivery across Europe, bringing our handmade knitwear to customers beyond Latvia.

For orders within Latvia, we use Omniva parcel lockers.

• Shipping cost: 5€
• Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after the order has been shipped

For orders outside Latvia, we ship using local postal services.

• Shipping cost: 15€
• Estimated delivery time: approximately 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal service

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information when available.

Digital products are delivered electronically - they do not offer physical delivery. After successful payment, a special download link will be sent to the email address provided, through which you can receive your digital product.

Returns

Returns are possible within 2 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and undamaged, and must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If you wish to return the product, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide specific instructions for returning the product.

Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will transfer the full amount of the product (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days.
